Isuzu PH wins back-to-back Triple Star Award for aftersales operations
Isuzu PH once again recognized for the highest distinction under Isuzu Motors Limited's global aftersales evaluation program

Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) has once again been recognized by Isuzu Motors Limited (IML) Japan with the prestigious Triple Star Award for Aftersales Operations, the highest distinction granted under IML’s global Aftersales Evaluation Program. Out of 65 Isuzu distributors worldwide, only ten countries were awarded the Triple Star recognition this year.
This back-to-back recognition follows IPC’s first Triple Star Award win in 2024, marking two consecutive years that the company achieved the highest level of compliance with the “Isuzu Aftersales Way” IML’s global framework that guides all distributors toward continuous improvement in aftersales operations.
Much like an ISO standard, this program encourages each distributor to deliver excellence in parts availability, service quality, and customer care, ensuring uniform adherence to Isuzu’s operational standards across the world.

“Aftersales has always been the foundation of our business success. It is through our consistent focus on aftersales quality and operational discipline that we’ve maintained our 25-year leadership as the number one truck brand in the Philippines. This Triple Star recognition validates that our aftersales operations are aligned with Isuzu’s global standards—ensuring our customers receive the same world-class service wherever they are,” said Mikio Tsukui, president of IPC.
The IML Global Aftersales Evaluation Program uses stringent criteria that measure a distributor’s performance across key areas such as parts supply capability, service quality, customer satisfaction, technician competency, and compliance with Isuzu Standard Operations. Achieving the Triple Star rating means that IPC has met and exceeded the benchmarks set under the Isuzu Aftersales Way, demonstrating its reliability as a global Isuzu partner.
“This recognition is not only a badge of excellence but a responsibility for us to continue improving. Through the Triple Star program, Isuzu Philippines is committed to raising the standards of aftersales operations even higher—to truly live up to our brand promise of being ‘Your Responsible Partner',” added Tsukui.
The Triple Star Award stands as a reaffirmation of IPC’s continuous journey toward excellence - driven by discipline, service integrity, and the enduring commitment to provide dependable mobility solutions for every Filipino business.
