Isuzu PH once again wins Triple Star aftersales award
Isuzu Philippines Corporation earns another Triple star award

For Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC), responsibility towards customers doesn’t end once the keys are handed over. Instead, they strive to provide each client with high-quality aftersales service throughout the entire ownership of their vehicle.
IPC has once again earned the prestigious Triple Star Award from Isuzu Motors Limited Japan (IML), solidifying its reputation as a leader in aftersales service. The award was presented on October 31, 2024, during the Isuzu Distributor & Dealer Aftersales Awards ceremony held in Yokohama, Japan.
This marks a continuation of IPC's streak of excellence, having previously received the Triple Star Award from 2019 to 2022. The recognition highlights IPC’s consistent commitment to delivering high-quality aftersales service and operational excellence across the country.
The Isuzu Distributor & Dealer Aftersales Awards are held annually to promote continuous improvement among Isuzu distributors worldwide. The evaluation process focuses on two key areas: Basic Operation and Business Expansion.
In the Basic Operation category, IPC was assessed on its ability to maximize vehicle uptime, ensuring customers experience minimal downtime and enhanced operational efficiency. The evaluation also examined IPC’s approach to customer relationship management, where building strong and lasting connections with clients is a top priority. Furthermore, the assessment considered IPC's adherence to rigorous business management practices and legal compliance, demonstrating its commitment to maintaining high standards across all operations.
The Business Expansion category evaluated IPC’s performance in guiding and supporting its dealership network to align with Isuzu’s global benchmarks. The company’s proactive sales and marketing activities aimed at enhancing aftersales services were also scrutinized. Finally, IPC's efforts to uphold customer loyalty through superior service quality and proactive engagement were key factors in securing the award once again.
Among 56 Isuzu distributors worldwide, IPC stood out as a top performer, sharing this year's Triple Star Award with Isuzu Vietnam. The recognition highlights IPC’s dedication to operational excellence and customer satisfaction, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner in the automotive industry.
"We are incredibly honored to receive the Triple Star Award once again from Isuzu Motors Limited. This achievement reflects our team's relentless dedication to providing outstanding aftersales service and support to our customers," said Mr. Tetsuya Fujita, President of IPC. "Our consistent recognition from 2019 to 2022, and now in 2024, demonstrates our unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service throughout the Philippines,” he added.
"Our relentless dedication to delivering the best aftersales service is at the core of everything we do. We promise to uphold these high standards of quality in the years to come, ensuring that every Isuzu customer receives the exceptional support they deserve. Our commitment is to continuously improve and innovate, making sure we remain the ‘responsible partner’ for all our customers nationwide,” shared Fujita.
