Isuzu PH gives mu-X high-tech upgrades for 2024
Isuzu has equipped the 2024 mu-X with more safety features and amenities

Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) revealed the upgraded mu-X for the 2024 model year. While it may still look relatively the same, the automaker gave its popular midsize 7-seater SUV more amenities as well as additional safety features for better peace of mind.
Starting with the extra safety features, the 2024 mu-X is now available with a 360-degree around-view monitor (AVM). It works via a set of cameras that give drivers a better view of their surroundings while parking or maneuvering through tight spots. More importantly, drivers will be able to get a better look at their blind spots.

Besides equipping the mu-X with an AVM, Isuzu also fitted the SUV with a digital video recorder (DVR). It can continuously record video for up to 11 hours thanks to a 64GB micro SD card and has dual or single-view replay for extra peace of mind. In addition, it has four cameras which means it can record from all directions for added security.

While the mu-X is already packed to the brim, Isuzu was able to install more amenities. The 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system now supports wireless connectivity for both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Last but not least is a new wireless charging pad for smartphones which complements the new wireless features mentioned earlier.

“The new Isuzu mu-X is a statement of pride and pleasure in ownership, designed to inspire and empower its customers to explore endless horizons. “With its perfect blend of safety, convenience, and performance, the mu-X is set to continue Isuzu’s legacy of excellence and innovation,” said Tetsuya Fujita, president of IPC.
