Isuzu Motors has made its 6-millionth truck
The 6-millionth vehicle produced by Isuzu is none other than a D-Max

Isuzu Motors Limited has just achieved a production milestone after the company officially built its 6-millionth vehicle, and it's a D-Max.
This marks another success not just for Isuzu Motors Limited but also for Isuzu Motors Co. Thailand which made the milestone possible as it serves as the global hub for D-Max production. More importantly, this milestone is considered proof of Isuzu's steady growth in the business.
Since Isuzu has already produced its 6-millionth vehicle, you're probably expecting this particular D-Max to have something special. However, the vehicle itself is a regular 2024 D-Max facelift which was revealed earlier this year.

In review, the pickup truck gets a restyled front end that consists of a larger mesh-type grille and redesigned grille bar accents. The LED headlights and LED daytime running lights have also been refreshed and feature a bolder look. Other key changes made to the pickup include new 18-inch alloy wheels and a new orange hue called Namibu Orange Mica.
Inside, the 2024 D-Max gets a new 7-inch digital instrument cluster, steering wheel paddle shifters, a new display on the touchscreen that shows the climbing & turning angles, and new cabin materials such as dark brown leather upholstery.
As before, the refreshed D-Max is available with either a 1.9-liter RZ4E turbo-diesel engine or the much bigger 3.0-liter 4JJ3-TCX turbo-diesel. The former cranks out 150 PS with 350 Nm of torque while the latter produces 190 PS with 450 Nm of torque. Both engines can be paired to either a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission, with the latter getting 4WD as an option.
