Is the Lamborghini Temerario Hybrid about to make PH debut?

For the past couple of days, the Department of Energy (DOE) has been busy recognizing vehicles as plug-in hybrids (PHEVs), hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), and electric vehicles (EVs). As demand for electrified vehicles continues to grow in the Philippines, it's not surprising that the DOE has been giving recognition here and there.

The latest vehicle to be recognized by the DOE is the upcoming Lamborghini Temerario Hybrid, which has yet to be launched in the country. It slots below the V12-powered Lamborghini Revuelto, which was quietly revealed back in 2024 and doles out an impressive 1,015 HP.

Back to the Temerario, the electrified bull is listed to have a maximum engine power of 588 kW or 800 HP from its twin-turbo 4.0L V8. Meanwhile, its maximum electric power is rated at 220 kW or 300 HP, which is made possible thanks to a trio of electric motors. The Temerario's combined power output is not mentioned, but in other markets, the electrified Lamborghini has a total system output of 920 HP.

Power is then transferred to an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission, while the electric motors get their power from a 3.78 kWh battery pack. From a standstill, the Lamborghini Temerario can go from 0 – 100 km/h in 2.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 340 km/h.

There's no word yet as to when the Lamborghini Temerario will be launched in the country. But since the DOE has already recognized the new Lamborghini, it might not be long before PGA Cars holds the official debut of the Temerario.
