Industry veteran Froilan Dytianquin appointed new Laus Group Managing Director
Before joining Laus Group, Dytianquin had experience from Mitsubishi, Geely, and Chery

Laus Auto Group proudly announces the appointment of Froilan G. Dytianquin as its new Managing Director for its automotive group. The appointment reinforces the group’s commitment to strong, experienced leadership as it drives further local and regional expansion that deepens partnerships with leading automotive brands.
Dytianquin brings with him over 30 years of experience in the Philippine automotive industry, having led major sales, marketing, network development, and public relations efforts, primarily from the manufacturer and distributor side. He has overseen national operations, steered market entry strategies, and worked closely with international principals and local dealer groups to drive growth and brand performance.
“We are confident that Froilan’s breadth of experience and consistent track record in delivering results make him the ideal leader to steer Laus Auto Group into its next phase. “His deep knowledge of the local industry and strong dealer relationships will only strengthen the trust we’ve built over the years,” said Lisset Laus Velasco, Chairman & CEO of Laus Group of Companies.
In his new role, Dytianquin will oversee strategy, brand operations, and dealer engagement across Laus Auto Group’s expanding portfolio.
“It’s an honor to join Laus Auto Group—a trusted name in Northern and Central Luzon automotive excellence. I look forward to building on its legacy by driving customer-focused strategies, deepening dealer collaboration, and accelerating sustainable growth anchored on experience, trust, and innovation,” said Dytianquin.
Dytianquin is widely known for his strategic planning, dealer management, and media relations expertise. This has earned him the trust of both local and international automotive partners and industry stakeholders.
In addition, Dytianquin was pivotal in the successful reintroduction of a Chinese brand to the Philippine market under a distributor. He spearheaded the development of nationwide dealer and marketing strategies that enabled the brand to climb into the industry’s top 10 in just two years. His earlier career at another major brand spanned nearly three decades, where he rose through the ranks to first vice president for Sales and Marketing and contributed to the brand’s 11 consecutive years of sales growth.
His appointment comes at a strategic time as Laus Auto Group strengthens its partnerships with current and future brands the Automotive group carries, and invests in future-ready retail experiences in and beyond Metro Manila.
