Hyundai Motor PH strengthens presence in Palawan
New sales outlet opened and groundbreaking of new dealership in Puerto Princesa, Palawan

All in a day’s work for Hyundai Philippines.
Palawan, get ready to feel the presence of Hyundai Philippines. The Korean auto brand showed its commitment to customers south of the country through two activities - the opening of a 1S (sales) outlet and the groundbreaking of a new dealership.

The 1S outlet is on the ground floor of Robinson’s Puerto Princesa. The 140.25 sqm space does not carry vehicle servicing and spare parts as additions to sales functions. It instead focuses on digitalized touchpoints and tools that provide visitors with a more lifestyle-centric and personalized approach to the car buying process. It has a 2-car display, a media wall, a lounge for private consultations, an open area for additional seating, and a brochure table and configurator wall.
“At Hyundai Motor, we strive to take care of both people and the planet. We regard ourselves as more than just a car company. The reason why we find ways to continuously innovate. Whether in designing vehicles, developing campaigns, or creating spaces. Our 1S outlet is a product of this. Created to help our customers acquire their dream Hyundai or to just simply have a coffee and discover what can be expected when they become a Hyundai owner,” said Mr. Dongwook Lee, President of HMPH.

Elsewhere in Puerto Princesa City, Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) broke ground for its newest dealership under Auto Artist Incorporated (AAI).
“Our vision for this dealership goes beyond the physical structure that will soon rise from this very spot. In today’s rapidly evolving automotive landscape, we understand that our valued customers deserve more than just a place to purchase vehicles. Today also reflects our commitment to progress and growth. It is a testament to the development and economic vitality of our city, as more global brands choose to invest in our community, creating jobs and stimulating economic activity. This speaks volumes about the potential and promise that our province holds. And we are thankful that Hyundai recognizes the beauty of Palawan, not just in its landscapes but in the spirit of its people,” says Mr. Dennis Tan, President of AAI.
