Hyundai expands roadside assistance services in PH
Hyundai Motor PH wants worry-free travels with updated coverage for roadside assistance

Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) continues working towards its promise to ensure customers’ safe travels by updating its Roadside Assistance program.
Under this, Hyundai owners who encounter problems on the road can avail of emergency towing, minor on-site repairs, and other personal auto- related services. 24/7 Emergency Towing Assistance is valid for any Hyundai model aging 13 years and below.
This covers nationwide towing to the nearest Hyundai dealership. Furthermore, HMPH will now be shouldering a maximum of PHP 8,000 for regular towing assistance, and up to PHP 10,000 for flooded vehicles. Owners can also expect up to PHP 3,000 free coverage for a hotel accommodation, to ensure safety in case of an emergency. New vehicle releases will also now automatically come with a 1-year Roadside Assistance enrollment under the updated terms.
“We at HMPH believe in caring for our customers. So, we aim to provide them peace of mind whenever they’re on the road. Our emergency services are now available to more Hyundai owners this year, encapsulating our commitment to being a valued mobility partner for our customers, through every journey.” says HMPH Managing Director, Mr. Cecil Capacete.
To avail of Roadside Assistance, customers can call the Hyundai Contact Center at (02)-8868-8000 or 0917-868-9000.
