Honda Cars PH launching 2024 Brio alongside new City
Honda Cars Philippines will have back-to-back launches on July 13 with refreshed Brio and City

Honda Cars Philippines has previously announced they are launching the refreshed City on July 13. But as it turns out, we'll also see another updated “city car” from Honda.
Yes, that's right. The 2024 Brio will be launched alongside the refreshed City on the same date. Exact specifications are yet to be revealed, but we more or less have an idea of what to expect with the updated hatchback.

The Indonesian market had first dibs on the 2024 Brio, where we saw the hatchback get an updated look courtesy of a bigger front grille and a new mesh pattern. The new bumper design combines the lower intakes together and is flanked by a pair of LED foglights that look similar to the all-new BR-V.

While nothing has been confirmed yet, we can also expect to see the 2024 Brio have a new touchscreen head unit with Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity, plus other interior revisions such as the instrument cluster and new seat patterns based on the Indonesia-spec model.

Furthermore, the refreshed Brio for PH is likely to carry over the 1.2-liter inline-four-cylinder SOHC i-VTEC engine. Transmission options may include a CVT or a 5-speed manual.
Of course, more on that once we share the official specifications when Honda unveils the 2024 Brio as well as the City on Thursday next week at the SM Megamall Fashion Hall.
