Here are the winners of 2025 Subaru Technical Skills Competition in PH
The top 3 winners of this year's Subaru Technical Skills Competition hail from Subaru Iloilo and Subaru Greenhills

Subaru Philippines distributor Motor Image Pilipinas Inc. (MIPI) successfully held the Subaru Technician Skills Competition last November 14, 2025, bringing together the top technicians from across the country to compete for this year's title.

After a day of challenges designed to test skill, accuracy, and problem-solving, Jay Adrian Mendoza, Senior Technician from Subaru Iloilo, emerged as the overall champion. He topped in both written and practical examinations, demonstrating his exceptional technical expertise and deep understanding of Subaru engineering, resolving vehicle concerns efficiently with precision in record time.

The top 3 winners are led by our first placer with an overall score of 79%, followed by Joshua Binugan from Subaru Greenhills in second place (71%), and Bien De Guzman, also from Subaru Greenhills, in third place with a score of 64%.

Mendoza advances to Singapore, representing the Philippines in the Regional Technician Skills Competition to be held soon. The Regional Champion will then compete in the Global Finals in Japan, competing against the best Subaru technicians globally.

This competition celebrates the dedication and mastery of Subaru technicians in the market. Subaru Philippines aims to further enhance its training programs so that each service technician can offer outstanding support, ensuring that each client receives the best care possible.
