Have you spotted Ford Rangers disguised as F150 Raptors?
Ford F150 Raptor spotted but is a bit on the smaller side

Are you hyped up for the new Rangers? We all know that Ford has opened the books for orders and this model in the photo made us curious.
While roaming the streets of Manila, we have come across a very unique-looking pick-up truck. Everyone knows the size differences between the Ford Ranger and Raptor. The latter is obviously wider and has bigger wheels and tires. It also has very distinctive badging. The Raptor trucks are also lifted and come with Fox shocks as standard.

On the other hand, the Ranger is a bit on the narrower side, with the widest being the Wildtrak. The fender flares of the Wildtrak aren’t as pronounced as the Raptor's and even the new FX4 doesn't come close. When it comes to the 2023 Ranger though, it is slightly bigger, but still not as huge as the recently released F-150.
So what is the truck that we spotted on the roads of Quezon City? Obviously, it was a Ford, but the badging confused us. We saw F-150 and Raptor badging on the rear. It had the sports bars of the Ranger FX4 and has off-road wheels and tires. The taillights reminded us of the Raptor’s but were a bit different.

It was lifted also but we noticed that it was a bit smaller compared to the regular F-150. It also didn’t have the little rear window that you see in the F-150 models. This truck had a solid back window like the Ranger line. At first, we thought it was a gray market unit but the plate says otherwise.

Is there a new Ford truck coming out locally? Has the F-150 shrunk in size with the Raptor badging? Or is this just the all-new Ranger masquerading as the F-150 to throw people off? Right now, only Ford knows.
