Gateway Group opens new NCR Body Repair Shop in Otis
The Philippines' largest auto dealer network formally inaugurates Nissan Otis as the centralized NCR Body Repair & Paint center for Nissan and other brands

Gateway Group, the country’s largest auto dealership network, recently inaugurated their Nissan Otis dealership as the designated Body Repair and Paint (BRP) center for the entire NCR.

The expansive 2,608-square-meter BRP center along Paz Guazon (United Nations) Avenue, Otis, City of Manila, can accommodate a maximum of 35 SUVs or 40 sedans for collision repair (tinsmith, painting, and installation of parts), washover or full body painting, and windshield or glass replacement.

The new Nissan Otis BRP facility aims to meet the demands of a centralized Body Repair and Paint center for Gateway Group. "We have two paint booths, a body aligner, and infrared curing lights and use the same adhesives, solvents, thinners, primers, body fillers, base coat, and clear coat as the factory," elaborated Jamaica Faith Dizon, Body Repair and Paint Head. “Our BRP technicians have certifications, experience, and a knowledge of materials,” Dizon added.

The Nissan Otis BRP center is open to accommodate the other brands in the group’s portfolio of 10 brands. To keep the complex process streamlined and free-flowing, “The origin dealer orders the parts directly and sends them to Otis once the client is scheduled,” narrates Dizon. Once all the parts are on hand, “light repairs take just two to three days, medium repairs take four to five days, while heavy repairs can take seven days onwards,” she assured.
While accepting mainly insurance-related body repairs, can the Nissan Otis BRP center entertain walk-in painting clients? “Yes,” Dizon proudly responds, “but it’s better if they schedule so we can prioritize the repair.”

If you own any vehicle brand handled by the Gateway Group – even if not purchased from a Gateway dealership – and are planning to refresh your vehicle’s appearance, drop by the Nissan Otis dealership soon for a quick estimate, or possibly a schedule.

From proper materials to expert skills – at Gateway’s Nissan Otis BRP center, paint doesn’t have to be a pain.

Nissan Otis is at 1535 Paz Mendoza Guazon Street, Paco, Manila. The BRP center can be presently contacted through Ms. Jamaica Dizon, 0926-8792634
The Gateway Group currently handles 10 auto brands – Fuso, Geely, Honda, Hyundai, Jetour, Kia, MG, Mitsubishi, Nissan & Suzuki – and operates 66 dealerships nationwide
