GAC PH hits 1,000 unit sales mark in first 8 months of 2023
GAC appoints four new dealers and targets sales of 2,000 by the end of 2023

GAC Motor Philippines has been making huge strides under the global mobility company Astara. In the first eight months of 2023, the marque hit a record achievement with vehicle sales of 1,017 units in the local market.
"We are beyond thrilled to share yet another remarkable milestone for GAC. In a mere eight months, we have proudly welcomed over 1,000 delighted GAC owners across the nation. Our optimism and determination are stronger than ever as we set our sights on breaking the 2,000 mark by year-end. This achievement stands as a testament to the trust our customers place in our brand and the invaluable support from our dealer partners, all of which enhance the ownership experience," said Franz Decloedt, Brand Head of GAC Motor.
The growth of GAC Motor Philippines is due to the popularity of the 7-seater GS8 SUV and the all-new GS3 Emzoom. To celebrate this occasion, it shaved PHP 100,000 off the price of the all-new GS8 4WD.

“The GS8 has had tremendous success since being launched in the Philippines and continues to be one of our best-selling nameplates. It is masterfully designed to exude confidence on the road and is perfect for customers seeking distinction and refinement in their SUV,” added Decloedt.
Customers who will buy the GS8 4WD between now and September 30, 2023, will only have to pay PHP 2,548,000. This full-size seven-seater SUV combines form and function and has the complete package of style, quality, safety, and reliability. The 4WD variant has the same features as the 2WD plus some enhancements, such as additional drive modes for various terrains, a 10-speaker Alpine Sound System, and a ventilated front central armrest compartment.
To grow its network for vehicle sales and after-sales service, GAC Motor Philippines also appointed four new dealers. “We are fully committed to accelerating our network growth across the country as this will enhance the accessibility of GAC and help ensure a convenient purchase and worry-free after-sales experience for all our customers wherever they may be,” stated Decloedt.
