Fuel price hike scheduled for tomorrow
Gasoline, diesel, and kerosene get price hikes anew

Thinking of gassing up later? Better do so as gas companies have announced there will be another round of price increase this week.
But unlike last week’s price hike which saw gasoline and diesel prices go up to PHP 1.85 and PHP 2.40 per liter, respectively, the increase this week is a little milder.
Starting with gasoline, it will receive a PHP 0.75 price increase. Meanwhile, diesel prices will go up by PHP 1.10. Last but not least is kerosene which will get a PHP 0.90 price hike.
So far, Seaoil, Petrogazz, Caltex, and Shell have all confirmed the impending price increase that will take effect at 6:00 AM on January 11, 2022. Cleanfuel will also adjust its prices tomorrow at 4:01 PM.
Petron, Unioil, and other gas companies have yet to make an official announcement. However, they are also expected to adjust their prices accordingly.
If you do plan on gassing up later, better make sure you’re following the minimum health and safety protocols. Active cases are on the rise still, and the last thing you want to happen is to get infected while refueling.
