Foton GRIT Awards 2025 recognize the top-performing dealers for the year that was

Foton Motor Philippines Inc. (FMPI), a United Asia Automotive Group Inc. (UAAGI) brand, recently held its much-awaited annual Foton GRIT awards, with Foton San Pablo winning the prestigious Dealer of the Year for 2025.
Held at Acea Beach Resort in Subic last February 3, 2026, the annual awards night celebrated excellence with over 30 awards in sales and after-sales services going to Foton dealers, sales executives, and service personnel nationwide.

The GRIT Awards celebrate excellence across all aspects of operations, presenting awards for top achievements in vehicle sales, after-sales service, parts availability, and customer satisfaction. It also gives honor and recognition to both individuals and teams who have successfully driven growth across Foton’s diverse product segments. The awards highlight the admirable "grit" required to maintain high industry standards and raise the bar of excellence among dealerships, culminating in the presentation of the prestigious Dealer of the Year Award.

“The GRIT Awards rightfully puts the spotlight on our top-performing dealers and dealership staff. As one of the country’s Top 3 commercial vehicle and truck brands, Foton would not be where it is today without the commitment, dedication, and hard work of our dealers,” said FMPI Chairman Rommel Sytin.
As mentioned earlier, Foton San Pablo clinched the much-coveted prize for the night, the 2025 Dealer of the Year award. Foton San Pablo Dealer Principal Ricky Tan accepted the award. Tan shared that to be recognized as Dealer of the Year for two consecutive years is something that he accepts with deep gratitude and humility.

“This award does not belong to me alone. It belongs to my team, to our customers, and to my family, the people who walked with me through the early years of the journey,” shared Tan.
FMPI General Manager Levy Santos said he is proud of what Foton dealers have accomplished in 2025 despite being challenging for the whole industry.

“The year was a challenging one for the whole industry, but it only served to inspire us to work harder to achieve our targets. We will resolutely sustain this culture of excellence and continuous improvement. We must embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, and we must never lose sight of our ultimate goal—to deliver industry-leading vehicles and service to our customers and stakeholders,” added Santos.
