Foton PH extends warranty coverage to 5 years
More peace of mind from Foton Philippines when you buy either a passenger or commercial vehicle

Foton Motor Philippines Inc (FMPI) is giving customers more peace of mind when they purchase a vehicle. This comes after FMPI announced that they have made ownership of Foton commercial vehicles more worry-free with its new extended warranty program.
Effective June 1, 2023, Foton is offering an extended warranty across its passenger and commercial vehicle lineup from the previous 3 years/100,000 kilometers to 5 years/150,000 kilometers (whichever comes first).
According to the automaker, all Foton passenger models like the Thunder pickup as well as the TransVan, Traveller, and Toano vans are now covered by the 5-year/150,000km extended warranty. In addition, the Gratour Midi, Harbas TM300, Harabas Miler, and all light-duty trucks (excluding the Tornado EV Truck) now also come with the 5-year extended warranty coverage.

As for the Tornado EV Truck, Foton says it comes with a 3-year/100,000km warranty for the chassis and a 5-year/200,000km warranty for the electric system.
“Our extended warranties are a testament to the confidence we have in our FOTON commercial vehicles. All FOTON models are a product of world-class R&D, design, and technology, and we want our customers to share our confidence in their own Foton vehicles,” said Levy Santos, General Manager of FMPI.
The next time you're thinking about expanding your fleet with Foton's commercial vehicles, know that each new model gets a 5-year/150,000-kilometer warranty.
