Ford to launch all-new Everest this March
Mark your calendars, Ford to reveal next-gen Everest on March 1, 2022

Before the holidays last year, Ford revealed the first images of the next-generation Everest. Despite the camo livery hiding most of its body, it’s clear the SUV will look just like the all-new Ranger that was revealed back in November.
Ford even released an accompanying video wherein test drivers brought the next-gen Everest to back roads, dirt roads, and even on muddy terrain. But when will they actually reveal the new 7-seater in full?
The Blue Oval has just announced that the all-new Everest will be revealed this March 1, 2022, at 3:00 PM via Ford Philippines Facebook and YouTube channels. Key individuals that will be present during the launch will include Ian Foston, Chief Platform Engineer, and Max Wolff, Design Director.
During the event, both Foston and Wolff will take viewers on a deep dive into the next-gen Ford Everest. They’ll also highlight its bold design, adventure-ready capability, enhanced safety, and premium interior comfort.
“Our intention from the beginning was to communicate the capability of next-gen Everest with a modern, strong exterior design. On the interior, we created a sanctuary with premium appointments in which customers could feel relaxed and in control, no matter what was going on outside,” said Wolff.
Other details regarding the new Everest are still a mystery, including the powertrain. However, since it will be based on the latest Ranger, it will most likely have similar engine options. These include a 2.0-liter EcoBlue turbo-diesel and the new twin-turbo V6 diesel engine. Transmission options will likely come in the form of a six-speed manual, six-speed automatic, and a ten-speed automatic.
With just a few weeks to go before its global debut, we’re already excited for the launch event on March 1.
