Ford Philippines sold over 30,000 vehicles in 2023
Ford Philippines records third highest full-year retail sales in 2023

Ford Philippines has breached the 30,000 sales milestone in 2023, the first time in six years. This is Ford’s third-highest full-year retail sales achievement in a span of a decade. Full-year sales grew by 27 percent to 31,320 driven by the Next-Gen Ford vehicle line-up – the Ranger, Territory, and Everest.

The Ranger was the best-selling Ford vehicle last year, with sales rising 16 percent to 13,234 units. It was also the best-selling 4x4 pickup truck in the country with a market share of 40 percent, with sales mainly driven by the Ranger Raptor which was launched in the first half of 2023.
The Territory also contributed significantly to Ford’s retail performance, with sales reaching 9,119 units sold last year. It also maintained its leadership in the small SUV segment for the fourth consecutive year with a market share of 44 percent.

The next-gen Territory, launched at the Manila International Auto Show in April last year, boasts of a commanding contemporary design, premium interiors, efficient performance, and advanced features that follow Ford’s highest global quality standards. In October last year, the next-gen Territory breached the 5,000-sales mark only five months after its launch.
This brought Ford Territory’s overall sales to over 25,000 units since its launch in August 2020, a testament to its sustained popularity and appeal among first-time car buyers, young professionals, and small families who are looking for a smart, safe, and stylish SUV.

The Everest also sustained its wide appeal and popularity among Filipino customers who love their SUVs, with full-year sales growing by 142 percent to 8,569 vehicles. The Everest steadily enjoys a growing number of owners for its blend of adventure-ready capability, exceptional comfort, and customer-focused technology in a rugged, refined, and fun-to-drive SUV.
“We are immensely proud of this huge accomplishment that solidified our position in the industry amid a very dynamic, challenging, and competitive environment. We thank our customers, dealers, employees, communities, and partners for their continued trust, support, and collaboration. We remain committed to bringing our segment-leading vehicles, innovative services, and impactful customer experiences to the Filipino motoring public,” said Mike Breen, Managing Director of Ford Philippines.
