Ford PH offering discounts on parts, labor for flood-damaged vehicles
Ford wants its flood-affected customers to get back on the road with peace of mind for less

Last week’s stormy (and typhoon-filled) weather caught everyone by surprise after it resulted in several cities & communities getting flooded in Luzon. With vehicles also affected by the recent floods, Ford Philippines is giving its customers a helping hand.
Ford Philippines is offering discounts on parts and labor to Ford customers whose vehicles were damaged by flooding and heavy rains brought about by typhoons Crising and Emong. Affected customers can avail of a 20% discount on parts and a 10% discount on labor costs for repairs from authorized dealerships until August 31, 2025.
“In light of the recent typhoons and flooding that caused damage to vehicles, we are extending special discounts on parts and labor to assist our customers, allowing them to get back on the road with confidence and peace of mind,” said Joyce Laxamana, Director of Ford Customer Service Division.
Those who wish to avail themselves of the discounts can schedule an assessment via the brand’s Online Service Booking at www.ford.com.ph/service-booking. With Online Service Booking, customers can conveniently book service appointments anytime and anywhere at their preferred Ford dealership. They will also get instant confirmation of their booking, as well as modify the booking on the system.
Customers who need towing services for their Ford vehicles can also contact Emergency Roadside Assistance at (632) 8459-4723 to 24.
