Confirmed: Mazda CX-90 coming to PH in late 2023
After CX-60, Mazda to offer bigger CX-90 crossover in the Philippine market

Mazda wants to go big in introducing its “Large Product Group” vehicle in the country. Literally.
Steven Tan, Mazda Philippines president has confirmed the bigger CX-90 crossover will be offered to the market very soon. In fact, we don't even have to wait until next year, as Tan said the flagship CX-90 will arrive in the Philippines before the end of 2023.

That will make the CX-90 the second model in the Mazda lineup under the “Large Product Group” division, as Mazda PH just launched the CX-60. Like its smaller sibling, the CX-90 has e-Skyactiv engines under the hood, but is more powerful. The CX-90's 3.3-liter e-SkyActiv turbo-gasoline inline-six cranks out 345 PS and 500 Nm of torque.
In global markets, the CX-90 is also being offered in a 2.5-liter naturally-aspirated e-SkyActiv inline-four plug-in hybrid (PHEV) that makes a total system output of 327 PS and 500 Nm of torque.

For now, it's still anyone's guess as to which engine will the PH-spec CX-90 have. Will Mazda Philippines choose the flagship CX-90 crossover as its first PHEV offering in the country? That's something we will get to know in a few months time.
