Confirmed: Honda Cars PH to launch HR-V RS at PIMS 2022
Aside from the HR-V RS Turbo, Honda will also hold a special preview of an all-new model at PIMS 2022

Honda Cars Philippines Inc (HCPI) has just confirmed they will be launching several new models at this year's Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS).
Starting with the most obvious, HCPI has announced that they will be launching the HR-V RS Turbo Honda Sensing two weeks from now. That's right, the new RS will serve as the new top-of-the-line variant and will sit alongside the V and S versions that are already on sale.
Exact details about the HR-V RS Turbo Honda Sensing are not yet available. However, based on the teaser photo provided, it could look exactly like the RS version the Indonesian and Thai market gets. From the distinct front grille and stylish alloy wheels to the blacked-out elements and RS badging, the new HR-V variant will be quite the looker.

From the name itself, the HR-V RS will be powered by the 1.5-liter turbocharged VTEC engine that doles out a healthy 177 PS at 6000 rpm along with 240 Nm of torque between 1700 – 4500 rpm.
Aside from the HR-V RS, Honda also announced they will be revealing accessorized versions of the City 1.5 CVT and Civic RS CVT Honda Sensing. On top of that, the automaker will also be holding a preview of an all-new model that will only be shown during the motor show.
Last but not least, HCPI will present the capabilities of its advanced technology platform, Honda CONNECT. This upcoming technology aims to provide safety, security, and convenience through smartphone connectivity. The platform serves as a personal assistant connected to the vehicle, further enhancing the Honda ownership experience. With Honda CONNECT, connected mobility will be available at your fingertips.

Customers are also in for a treat with freebies, additional and exclusive cash discounts, free 1-year PMS for on-site reservations, and up to 50% discount on select accessories. These exclusive offers will only be available during the motor show itself.
The 8th PIMS will run from September 15 to September 18, 2022, at the World Trade Center in Pasay City. Tickets are available at the venue for PHP 200 each. First 1,000 ticket buyers will get a 50% discount every show day.
