Chery Auto PH boosts aftersales performance with Skills Olympics
The Skills Olympics is designed to elevate the expertise of Chery Auto PH's aftersales service technicians

In a bid to strengthen its commitment to delivering unparalleled aftersales service to its customers, Chery Auto Philippines (CAP) held its first-ever Skills Olympics for its service technicians and spare parts representatives nationwide.

The goal of the Skills Olympics is to elevate the expertise of Chery Auto Philippines's aftersales service technicians and spare parts representatives by promoting the brand’s “Fix it Right the First Time” program. The event was also done to convey the importance of customer satisfaction in dealerships.
Through this competition, the dealerships are motivated to continue to engage in activities that will not only further hone their skills but also train them to be globally competitive.

The said competition is also expected to foster a spirit of healthy competition and boost the technicians' and spare parts associates’ morale to be able to create a lasting impact on the aftersales team’s dedication and loyalty to the brand.

With this program, CAP would like to give assurance to its customers that it is investing in the skills and capabilities of its aftersales team.
The winners of the first-ever Chery Auto PH Skill Olympics are as follows:
