Check out the huge wing on 2022 Honda Brio RS Urbanite
Honda gives the Brio a sporty makeover with new RS Urbanite Edition

It's been nearly 3 years since Honda launched the all-new Brio to the Philippine market. Featuring a sportier look inside and out, the A-segment hatchback now looks more mature and is equipped with more standard features across the range.
We already reviewed both the RS and V variants before, but throughout its current life cycle, it has yet to receive a facelift or an update. Thankfully, Honda Indonesia has released a special edition model of the Brio RS which could mean a facelift is on the way for the PH-spec hatchback.
Say hello to the 2022 Brio RS Urbanite Edition, a dressed-up variant of the hatchback that comes with several exterior upgrades. Beginning with the most obvious, the Urbanite gets a massive tailgate-mounted wing that dominates the rear. It also gets blacked-out 15-inch alloy wheels, black door handles, black side skirts, and a more stylish rear bumper complete with faux metal accents.
Apart from the sporty add-ons, Honda also introduced two new color options for the Brio RS Urbanite Edition; Tafetta White Two-Tone and Crystal Black Pearl. The new hues complement the hatchback's current color offerings, namely Phoenix Orange Pearl Two-Tone, and Carnival Yellow Two-Tone.

The rest of the car still comes with the RS kit. These include the blacked-out grille, black side mirrors, orange and faux carbon-fiber trim in the cabin, fabric seats with orange stitching, a touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth and USB, and adjustable headrests for the front seats.
Mechanically, all remains the same under the hood of the Brio; a 1.2-liter naturally-aspirated i-VTEC inline-four. It makes 90 PS with 110 Nm of torque and can be mated to either a five-speed manual or CVT.
The 2022 Honda Brio RS Urbanite Edition is now on sale in Indonesia with the manual going for IND 225,900,000 (or PHP 818,791). The CVT variant, on the other hand, retails for IND 235,900,000 (or PHP 855,037).
Should Honda Cars Philippines actually give the Brio a facelift, should they bring the RS Urbanite Edition to the country? Share your comments below.
