Inchcape Philippines expands Changan Auto's presence in the country with three new Visayas outlets

Changan Auto continues to expand its presence in the country after Inchcape Philippines opened three new locations in the country. Recently, the automaker announced the grand opening of three new facilities in the Philippines in the Visayas region; Tagbilaran, Tacloban, and Cebu.
For Inchcape Philippines, the opening of the new Changan Auto dealerships in the Visayas underscores Changan’s commitment to excellence and its ongoing efforts to enhance accessibility to its innovative vehicle lineup. Moreover, the opening of the new dealerships is consistent with the brand's vision to provide more Filipinos with smart mobility solutions.

Starting with Changan Auto Tagbilaran, it opened its doors last June 25, 2024, and is located along CPG North Avenue. The facility offers a diverse range of Changan models including the economical Alsvin and CS15 to the feature-rich CS35 Plus and CS55 Plus. The showroom also features the family-friendly X7 Plus and the premium UNI-T and UNI-K SUVs.

Following closely is Changan Auto Tacloban which commenced its soft operations last June 27, 2024. It's situated along Barangay 91, Maharlika Highway, Abucay, and its facility mirrors the variety and quality of models available at the location.
Last but not least is Changan Auto Cebu which launched its new showroom along Cebu Veterans Drive, Nivel Hills last July 10, 2024. This facility continues Changan’s expansion in the Visayas, showcasing a broad selection of sedans and SUVs designed to meet diverse needs and preferences.

All three facilities are operated by Global Star Motors Corporation (GSMC), the exclusive dealer for Changan Auto in Visayas and Mindanao, appointed by Inchcape Philippines. Established in 2014 and based in Cebu City, GSMC is known for its dedication to delivering premium-quality vehicles and service. The expansion reflects Changan Auto’s commitment to making its advanced mobility solutions more accessible to Filipinos across the region.
The new facilities are dedicated to providing a comprehensive ownership experience, including a state-of-the-art After-Sales Department staffed with certified service technicians and equipped with parts and accessories to ensure a seamless customer experience.

In the future, Changan Auto plans to further expand its dealer network with the opening of more branches in Dumaguete, Cagayan De Oro, and Davao by the end of the year.
