CAVITEX announces counterflow scheme from Aug 8 to Sept 1
Morning and afternoon counterflow schemes

The PEA Tollway Corporation (PEATC), commonly known as CAVITEX, has announced its morning and afternoon counterflow traffic schemes effective Friday, August 8, and will last until Monday, September 1, 2025 (three weeks).

From 6 AM to 9 AM, a counterflow lane from the southbound (Paranaque-Las Pinas) will be open from the Paranaque toll plaza to Zapote.
From 4 PM to 9 PM, a counterflow lane from the northbound (Las Pinas-Paranaque) will be open from Zapote to the Paranaque toll plaza.
The counterflow scheme is being done to give way to pavement repair works along the toll road.
“To help ease traffic congestion due to the ongoing Pavement Repair Program (PRP), a counterflow scheme will be implemented on the Manila-Cavite Toll Expressway Project starting August 8 (Friday) to September 1 (Monday), 2025. Motorists are advised to take extra caution, follow traffic signs, and heed instructions from our traffic enforcers on-site,” says PEATC.
