BMW PH is launching iX3 EV on January 23
Aside from the iX flagship EV, BMW Philippines will also be launching the iX3

Just before the holidays last year, BMW distributor SMC Asia Car Distributor Inc announced that they will be launching not one, not two, not three, but four electric vehicles (EVs) in the country. Out of the four upcoming EVs in the country, only one has been officially confirmed by the Bavarian automaker, the iX3.
BMW has already given us a first-hand experience behind the wheel of the iX3 when we got to drive it in Singapore. However, the company has yet to announce when it will actually launch the vehicle here. Fortunately for us, the wait will not be very long.
Come January 23, 2023, BMW PH will officially launch the iX3, but while the launch date has been set, the exact variants or features of the iX3 are still unknown. We already have an idea of the vehicle's specifications, but we'll wait for the official debut for the final list of features and specifications.

As for the iX3 itself, international versions of the EV can travel up to 460 km on a full charge. Depending on what we get for the Philippine market, the iX3 can produce up to 286 PS as well as 400 Nm of torque.
Once the iX3 is revealed this January 23, it will join the iX flagship as BMW's latest EV in the country. And as far as pricing is concerned, the all-new iX3 will be able to take advantage of certain tax breaks. Hopefully that means the price tag will not only be competitive in the market, but compelling for customers.
