Berjaya PH acquires 69.74% of H.R. Owen PLC
H.R. Owen is a UK-based dealership of Bugatti, Pagani, and other European brands

Berjaya Philippines Inc. has acquired 69.74% of H.R. Owen PLC’s issued and outstanding capital today. Following the said acquisition, Berjaya Philippines will have a controlling stake over the British dealership.
H.R. Owen was established in 1932 as a car dealer in United Kingdom. The company went through a series of different owners prior the Berjaya Philippines acquisition.
It is the official UK dealer for Bugatti and Pagani, and is credited for opening the world’s first Ferrari Atelier in Knightsbridge. It distributes new and pre-owned vehicles of the following brands: Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Bugatti, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Mini, Rolls-Royce, and Pagani.
Earlier this year, Berjaya Philippines began as the official local distributor of Mazda cars.
