Audi unveils blacked-out RS7 Sportback, 23 units only worldwide
Audi introduces the new exclusive RS7 Sportback in all-black finish

Performance vehicles are nothing new. BMW has M, Mercedes Benz has AMG, Toyota now has GR and Audi has the S and RS lines. But when these high-production cars come along, the car community takes note. The releases normally show where the car brand is when it comes to their build pedigree.
With this, Audi has just announced a new RS7 Sportback high-performance production car. The blacked-out vehicle costing USD 165,400 (or PHP 9.25 million) will only come in a very limited run. Only 23 units will be released worldwide and will be available late summer of this year in the US.

Powering this black beauty is a 4.0-liter bi-turbo V8 engine generating 591 PS and 800 Nm of torque. This gets you going from 0-100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds. The Sportback is kitted with a standard RS Sport exhaust highlighting the unique V8 sound and is finished off with black-finished tips. Blue painted ceramic calipers measuring 439mm in the front and 371mm in the rear help the Audi shave off speed. It also has an impressive (electronically-controlled) top track speed of a mind-boggling 306 km/h. Audi offers also its Dynamic Ride Control to keep you planted when dealing with those curves on the road.
Showcasing a powerful and striking silhouette style that is distinctively Audi, an exclusive Mamba Black color with undertones of blue will be used to paint the outside exterior. An exterior Carbon optic package help reinforces the body to keep pinnacle performance. Carbon exterior mirrors, front spoiler, rear diffusers, and blacked-out Audi badging complete the outside look.

Audi’s laser lights supplement the LED high beam headlights and project a low and wide beam of light adding to better visibility. This can be identified by a blue light signature in the housing. 22-inch 5 V-spoke gloss anthracite wheels wrapped in 285/30 ZR22 summer performance tires tie up the aggressive look.
The interior of the exclusive 23 units will have bespoke details with the RS branding accented. All the door armrests, center console trim, upper door paneling, and upper dashboard will feature black leather with Seeping Blue stitching. The distinct stitching continues to the controls of the car. The exclusive black leather and Sepang Blue finishes with the front seats while black Dinamica tracers the headliner giving off that opulent vibe while inside the vehicle.

Audi has one-upped itself with the new RS7 Sportback. It looks menacing on the road and has the muscle under the hood to be the next track star. This really shows us where Audi is bringing the S and RS line soon. Even Bruce Wayne may be tempted to grab one out of the 23 units and may just convert it into the new Batmobile.
