Astara PH offers free check-up, PMS to existing JAC owners
Astara PH launches "welcome home" program for existing JAC owners in the country

Astara Philippines, the official distributor of JAC, is offering a free check-up and Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) to owners of JAC passenger vehicles purchased between 2017 and 2023.
The program comes as part of the brand’s effort to reconnect with customers following the recent shift in distributorship. JAC Philippines confirmed that warranties for vehicles bought within the covered period will continue to be honored, even if their cars were acquired from the previous distributor.
“We haven’t forgotten our loyal customers who may have felt left out during recent changes,” said Tonette Lee, JAC Brand Head. “We hear you, and this program is our way of saying thank you for your patience and trust. Our "welcome home" aftersales program is designed to go the extra mile to make sure every trip with your JAC vehicle comes with great service, easy access, and peace of mind.”
Aside from the complimentary service, owners can also avail of up to 10% discount on parts and 20% discount on labor when visiting authorized JAC service centers.
Currently, there are three official service centers located in Iloilo, Manila Bay, and Quezon Avenue. Astara Philippines says the network will expand to seven within the next six months to improve accessibility and reduce waiting times.
Eligible customers may register through www.jacmotors.com.ph or visit any JAC service center to schedule their free service. For assistance, JAC Customer Care may be reached at 0926-013-7798 or customercare@jacmotors.com.ph
