2025 Toyota GR Yaris 8AT starts at PHP 3.550M
Toyota Motor Philippines now offering 2025 GR Yaris with 8-speed Direct Shift Automatic

We honestly thought Toyota Motor Philippines was going to hold out details of the 2025 GR Yaris until the first round of the Toyota Gazoo Racing Philippine Cup this March. But as always, Toyota has managed to surprise us.
The Japanese automaker has now released the prices of the 2025 Toyota GR Yaris to the market. And yes, that includes the new variant that has the 8-speed Direct Shift Automatic Transmission.

The GR Yaris refresh consists of a few exterior tweaks, an interior designed for better driving ergonomics, a bump in power output from its 1.6-liter three-banger turbo, and the much-awaited direct shift 8-speed automatic transmission that was developed through the Gazoo Racing motorsport program.

Toyota Gazoo Racing says the new 8-speed has a unique transmission control software optimized for sporty driving, as it learns and adapts to the way the driver steps on the brakes or accelerator. This allows the transmission to anticipate whenever gear shifting is required which should help with track driving.
From 272 PS and 370 Nm of torque, the inline-three now cranks out 280 PS and 390 Nm of torque. Toyota notes that the GR Yaris runs on 98 RON unleaded fuel. Lastly, also made tweaks to the chassis that ultimately translates to better handling and stability when driven hard.

Toyota says the 2025 GR Yaris will make its public appearance at the first race weekend of the TGR Philippine Cup happening on March 22 at the Clark International Speedway.
Prices for the 2025 Toyota GR Yaris are as follows:
2025 Toyota GR Yaris 1.6L Turbo MT – PHP 3,391,000 (Super White II only)
