2025 BYD Atto 3 refresh officially revealed, will PH be next?
The updated BYD Atto 3 gets subtle updates for its exterior

Do you remember when images of the refreshed BYD Atto 3 hit the web last month? Released by the PRC's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the 2025 BYD Atto 3 sports a subtle facelift that consists of redesigned bumpers and key changes on its exterior.
Fast forward a month later, BYD has revealed the official images of the updated electric crossover. Just like the first images revealed by the MIIT, the 2025 BYD Atto 3 gets a not-so-obvious makeover. It gets a new front bumper that looks more aggressive and features trapeze-shaped air intakes. The LED headlights and metal-finished grille have been carried over and give the vehicle its unmistakable appearance.

Also worth mentioning are the new C-pillar trim pieces. Whereas before it came with faux metal accents, BYD decided to add a new blacked-out trim to its overall design. The refreshed Atto 3 will also come with 17 and 18-inch alloy wheels with a more aerodynamic design, a new rear spoiler with a dual brake light design, and updated LED taillights that feature the Chinese knot pattern with dynamic turn signals.
Perhaps the biggest change in the 2025 BYD Atto 3 is the introduction of God's Eye. Not to be confused with the device featured in The Fast and The Furious franchise, BYD's God's Eye is the brand's latest ADAS which is an intelligent driving system that will be used by all BYD models from here on out.

The 2025 Atto 3 will feature God's Eye C which will consist of a three-camera block mounted under the windshield, four surround-view cameras, five long-range cameras, five millimeter wave radars, and 12 ultrasonic radars. This gives the updated Atto 3 six intelligent parking modes, as well as support ten high-speed navigation scenarios.
As before, the 2025 BYD Atto 3 is powered by a single electric motor that drives the front wheels. It makes 204 PS with 310 Nm of torque and is available with two lithium-iron phosphate battery packs. The entry-level variant is rated 49.9 kWh while the range-topping version has 60.5 kWh. This gives the Atto 3 a range between 430 km to 510 km based on the CLTC cycle.

The 2025 BYD Atto 3 is expected to go on sale later this year in its home market. With that, perhaps we can expect the refreshed Atto 3 to make its way here in the not-so-distant future.
