2024 NISMO Festival to celebrate 40 years of Nissan Motorsports
NISMO Festival 2024 to be held at Fuji Speedway

If you’re a car enthusiast looking to buy yourself a gift for Christmas, a plane ticket to Japan would probably be the best one you could get.
That is because the 25th edition of the NISMO Festival will be held this year at Fuji Speedway. But wait, there’s more. Subsequently, the NISMO brand is celebrating its 40th anniversary. And you know what that means whenever Japanese brands hit these kinds of significant milestones – the events will be big, exciting, and for sure memorable.
Nissan says the racing event area will feature a display of historic racing cars symbolizing the 40th anniversary of the NISMO brand. These cars will also race alongside the latest NISMO road cars, the Nissan Formula E car, which is a symbol of Nissan's electrification technology, and the Nissan Z NISMO GT500 from Super GT that runs on CNF (carbon neutral fuel). Quite simply, the event will communicate the NISMO brand's history and its efforts for the future.

Additionally, the venue will be exhibiting early Gran Turismo era cars such as the NISMO 270R, NISMO 400R, and the Skyline R34 GT-R Z-tune, together with the current NISMO road car lineup from the March NISMO to the GT-R NISMO.
The annual "NISMO Cars Parade Run" is looking for participants with the goal of gathering all models. Along with these, various events themed on the 40th anniversary of the NISMO brand are also being prepared for the talk show, vehicle exhibition hall, and merchandise booths.
But for those who won't make it to Fuji Speedway, Nissan will also provide online content which will be available on the official NISMO Festival website.
AutoIndustriya.com has been to the NISMO Festival a few years back, and we would really love to come back once the opportunity presents itself. But for those who want a piece of advice, take it from our Editor-In-Chief - bring a very warm jacket.
