All-electric Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV joins the brand's EV lineup

Mercedes-Benz continues to expand its lineup of EVs in the country after launching yet another electric SUV. After revealing the EQE SUV a couple of months ago, Mercedes-Benz distributor Inchcape Philippines has launched the flagship model of its electric SUV range – the EQS SUV.
Serving as the pinnacle of zero-emissions luxury for the brand with the three-pointed star, the Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV comes with three rows of seating, a high-tech and comfortable interior, a powerful yet efficient electric powertrain, and countless amenities to keep occupants relaxed while inside the electric vehicle.

Beginning with its electric heart, the EQS SUV offered in the country is available in the 450 4MATIC guise. This gives the luxury vehicle a pair of electric motors that deliver a combined 360 PS and 800 Nm of torque. Paired with a fully charged 107.8 kWh battery pack, Mercedes-Benz claims the EQS SUV can cover up to 613 km.
Recharging the EQS SUV can be done via its standard 9.6 kW AC charging (can also take 22 kW AC charging) and a 200 kW DC fast-charging system for quicker recharging.

Hop inside and the EQS SUV welcomes guests with the brand's now-familiar MBUX Hyperscreen. It consists of a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a massive 17.7-inch touchscreen infotainment on the center dashboard, and an additional 12.3-inch passenger entertainment display. The result is a total screen space of 56 inches across the front dashboard.
Aside from that, the EQS SUV is equipped with a Burmester 3D surround sound system. Thanks to the high-quality speakers placed throughout the vehicle, passengers will be able to enjoy their favorite tunes whether they're seated at the front or in the back.

Other key features present inside the EQS SUV are Nappa leather upholstery, a panoramic sliding sunroof, augmented reality navigation, a 360-degree camera system with park assist, active ambient LED lighting, a wireless charging pad, and multi-contour seats with massage & climate functions.
