2023 Isuzu D-Max for PH gets refreshed look it deserves
Check out the changes and updates Isuzu PH revealed for 2023 D-Max

Isuzu’s popular pick-up truck has received nip and tucks for the 2023 model year. Closely following the reveal of the 2023 mu-X just last month, Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) has officially launched the 2023 D-Max.
Unveiled alongside the 2023 mu-X at this year’s Isuzu Music Festival at Alabang Town Center, the refreshed pick-up truck not only gets some sleek exterior updates but also some subtle interior changes as well.
Starting with the most obvious changes first, the refreshed pick-up gets a new set of 18-inch alloy wheels finished in dark matte gray. These replace the turbine-style alloy wheels from before and give the truck a more purposeful appearance.

Also changed is the front grille which now comes with a new Black Chrome color scheme which Isuzu claims gives the 2023 D-Max a more rugged vibe. Last but not least is a new color option called Islay Gray which further adds to the D-Max’s more eye-catching appearance.
The rest of the pick-up truck remains the same which means the LS-E variants get the flashy LED headlights and LED daytime running lights (DRLs) while the LS-A versions get the halogen headlights and foglights that double as the DRLs.

Inside, the 2023 D-Max has a new black interior that is spruced up by contrasting accent trims on the dashboard and door panels. The leather seats, meanwhile, get a new design finish and have been ergonomically designed with anti-vibration elastic foam for a more comfortable ride.
Like the pre-facelift version, a 10.1-inch touchscreen system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is available along with dual-zone automatic climate control for the top-spec models. Other variants, meanwhile, only get a manual air-conditioning system. Other available features include rear A/C vents, a USB charging port for the rear passengers, and a large 4.2-inch multi-info display for the driver.

As before, the 3.0-liter 4JJ3-TCX powers the top-spec 4x4 LS-E variant. It makes 190 PS with 450 Nm of torque and is connected to a 6-speed automatic transmission. The 2023 D-Max LS-E comes with 4WD as standard but still doesn’t come with a differential lock for the rear wheels.
The LS-A, LT/Single Cab 4x4 variants also get the 3.0-liter 4JJ3-TCX but the 4x2 versions of the LT, Single Cab, and Cab & Chassis versions only get the 1.9-liter RZ4E turbo-diesel engine that’s mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. It makes 150 PS and 350 Nm of torque.

Pricing for the 2023 D-Max is as follows:
3.0 4X4 LS-E AT - ₱ 1,905,000
3.0 4x4 LS-A MT - ₱ 1,700,000
