2023 GAC GS8 flagship SUV is yours for PHP 2.298M
GAC Motor PH officially launches its flagship SUV, the all-new 2023 GS8

Alongside the EMPOW sports sedan, GAC Motor Philippines has officially launched its much-awaited high-tech and feature-packed flagship model in the country - the all-new GS8 SUV.
First previewed at the 2022 Manila International Auto Show, the all-new GS8 represents GAC's major step forward in terms of design and cutting-edge technology.

Standing 4980 mm long, 1950 mm wide, and 1780 mm tall with a 2980 mm wheelbase, the all-new GS8 sits squarely in the midsize crossover category. Compared to the outgoing model, GAC's flagship 7-seater is 180 mm longer, 40 mm wider and 10 mm taller. Meanwhile, the wheelbase has been stretched by 180 mm, which should translate to more space inside.
To capture the model's signature look, GAC fitted one-of-a-kind vertical LED headlights that mimic the human eyelids when turned on. The unique feature flanks the massive front grille to give the all-new GS8 a commanding presence on the road.

The sides and the back of the GS8 look much sleeker than before, with restyled LED taillights and a redesigned rear bumper. Its upscale design is finished off with a set of 20-inch two-tone alloy wheels.
As GAC's flagship model, prepare to experience first-class treatment inside the all-new GS8. Greeting you inside is a pair of screens – a 7-inch full LCD instrument cluster and a 14.6-inch HD LCD touchscreen infotainment display. Interior amenities include a panoramic sunroof, leather-wrapped seats with diamond stitching, USB and wireless charging ports, power-adjustable and ventilated 1st-row seats, tri-zone climate control, as well as multi-color LED ambient lighting.

Other features include a 360-degree around-view monitor with augmented reality, side mirrors with reversing auto flip function, plus an electronic parking brake with auto hold.
Powering the all-new GS8 is a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 248 PS and 400 Nm of torque. The engine is married to an Aisin 8-speed automatic transmission.

In terms of safety, the all-new GS8 has dual front, side, and curtain airbags, plus ISOFIX child seat anchors. Electronic safety features are aplenty as the flagship SUV comes with an electronic stability program (ESP), hill start hold control (HHC), and hill descent control (HDC), plus a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS).
Like the EMPOW, the GS8 also comes with intelligent driver aids like adaptive cruise control (ACC), lane departure warning (LDW), lane-keeping assist (LKA), traffic jam assist (TJA) forward collision warning (FCW), autonomous emergency braking (AEB) and blind spot detection (BSD).

Color choices for the 2023 GAC GS8 are; Crystal White, Elegant Black, Moonlight Gray, and Seal Green.
GAC's new flagship SUV retails for a special introductory price of PHP 2.298 million which is valid only until March 31, 2023.
