2022 Maserati Levante Hybrid has arrived in PH
The 2022 Levante Hybrid is Maserati's first-ever electrified SUV for PH

Maserati Philippines continues to expand its lineup of electrified vehicles. After launching the Ghibli Hybrid late last year, Maserati distributor Modena Motorsports Inc. (MMI) has officially revealed its latest electrified model, the 2022 Levante Hybrid.
Serving as the brand's first-ever electrified SUV, Maserati claims that not only is the Levante Hybrid greener, but it's also faster and more sustainable than the turbodiesel-powered model from before.

Just like the Ghibli Hybrid, the SUV is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that's paired with a 48V belt-starter generator (BSG) system. This makes the Levante GT a mild-hybrid electric vehicle (MHEV) and weighs less than the V6 models. It has a total system output of 330 PS at 5750 rpm and 450 Nm of torque is available at 2,250 RPM. Power is then to an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission and comes with the Q4 all-wheel-drive system.
Despite having two fewer cylinders than the V6 turbo, Maserati claims the hybrid version can go from 0 – 100 km/h in only 6 seconds. It's also capable of achieving a top speed of over 240 km/h which is impressive for a mild-hybrid SUV. What's even more impressive is the fact that the Levante Hybrid has 18% fewer missions over the petrol version and 3% less than the diesel models.

Design-wise, the GT Hybrid looks just like a regular Levante. However, it comes with some unique exterior enhancements like a revised chrome grille, new LED taillight clusters, and massive 19-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 265/50 series tires. Signifying its hybrid lineage are the blue brake calipers, the blue accents on the side air ducts, and the blue C-pillar logos.

The interior, likewise, gets some upgrades as well. For starters, the 8.4-inch touchscreen has improved graphics and has been redesigned to complement the central air vents. The SUV also comes with the new Maserati Intelligent Assistant (MIA) that runs on Android.
In addition, the gauge cluster has been restyled and now comes with better graphics while the multi-info display now measures 7-inches.

For extra peace of mind, the Levante Hybrid comes with the Maserati Connect program. This allows customers to keep an eye on the car's health and can also alert the driver when a service is due. The program can be used via the Maserati Connect App which can be paired to Amazon Alexa or Goggle Assistant to keep the car in check.

Pricing for the all-new Levante Hybrid is still being finalized by MMI. But given the possible options available, you could expect it to be around PHP 8.5 million to just under PHP 9 million.
