2021 was Lamborghini's best year ever
Even the pandemic didn't' stop people from buying Lamborghinis as company sets all-time sales record

Automobili Lamborghini sped past the second year of the COVID-19 pandemic on route to an all-time sales record of 8,405 units sold worldwide with all three regions (America, Asia Pacific, Europe/Middle East/Africa) showing double-digit growth.
“This record has provided confirmation of four factors for us: the solidity of our strategic plan, our brand’s outstanding international reputation, the competence and passion of our people, and the exceptional professionalism and dynamism shown by our 173 dealers in 52 markets, who have continued to invest alongside us at a challenging, uncertain time,” said Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini.

In terms of numbers, the USA ranks first with 2,472 units sold. China comes in second after going up 55% with 935 units sold. Germany delivered 706 units, the UK 564, and Italy rounds it up with 359 units.
If you’re wondering what model sold the most, it’s the Urus Super SUV with 5,021 units delivered. The V10-powered Huracán came in second with 2,586 and then the V12 Aventador with 798.

Fans of the brand will be glad to know that after this record-breaking year, Automobili Lamborghini is set to unveil four new models in the next 12 months. Plans are also in the works to release the marque’s first hybrid production model in 2023 all the way to a fully electrified lineup by the end of 2024.
“We are stronger than ever as we prepare to embark on a period of profound transformation and move towards an even more sustainable future. In 2022 we’ll be doing our utmost to consolidate the current results and get ready for the arrival of our future hybrid range from 2023 onwards,” added Winkelmann.
