Foton PH opens new Davao City spare parts hub
Foton boosts aftersales service with opening of new Davao spare parts warehouse hub

Foton Motor Philippines is boosting its presence in the market by improving the aftersales service experience for its commercial vehicle customers.
The brand, together with logistics and supply chain management specialists 888 FastEasy Inc. and J&T Express Philippines, has opened its Davao City parts warehouse hub.

Located in Panacan, Davao City, the 1,600 square meter facility has the usual fast-moving preventive maintenance parts and wear-and-tear items like spark plugs, filters, lubricants, and brake pads, plus collision replacement body parts like bumpers, grilles, headlights, and taillights. Furthermore, the spare parts hub has internal engine parts like valves, pistons, and crankshafts in its inventory.
The Davao Parts Warehouse Hub has a sophisticated inventory management system operated by highly trained Foton staff, making sure there is efficient movement of spare parts to and from the warehouse.
"We can practically build a whole vehicle with our inventory, so if you have had experiences of having to wait long for parts with other brands before, we try to make sure that you don't repeat that experience with Foton. We are confident that these industry-leading aftersales measures will help both our dealer partners and our customers by positively enhancing their Foton brand experience. Our spare parts availability program underscores a commitment we've made since the beginning of our operations here 16 years ago — one of constant improvement in the quality of Foton's customer service," said Levy Santos, Foton Motor Philippines General Manager.
