Foton F-Jeepney fleet ready to service Muñoz-Novaliches routes
Each Foton F-Jeepney F29 seats 29 passengers and has a high-powered engine with 154 PS and 500 Nm of torque

The Grotto-Novaliches Transport Service Cooperative (GNTSC), one of the growing transport organizations servicing the Muñoz-Novaliches routes, bolsters its public transportation operations by opting for the Foton F-Jeepney F29.

Last Tuesday, November 8, Foton Philippines successfully turned over F-Jeepney F29 units to GNTSC at the Gumamela Hall Convention Center in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. GNTSC’s fleet is now twice as ready to cater to the public with these modern jeepneys after the momentous partnership, which Foton Marilao dealership successfully closed.
The F-Jeepney F29 modern jeepneys, with their robust build, are specially designed to meet the standards and demands of urban and provincial roads. Their high-powered engines assure an outstanding shelf life, a foremost requirement for public utility vehicles.

Gracing the turnover ceremony were City Mayor Arthuro B. Robes, Vice Mayor Efren Bartolome, GNTSC Chairman Jayson Valerio, FOTON Philippines President Erroll Dueñas, FOTON Philippines Vice President for Sales Levy S. Santos, Chief Financial Officer Jerryme Garcia and Vice President for Sales and Marketing Rommel Juan of Centro Manufacturing Corp.

Each F-29 Jeepney can seat 29 passengers and all are powered by a 3.8-liter Cummins ISF engine, capable of producing 154 PS and 500 Nm of torque at 1200-1900 rpm. These modern jeepney units ensure improved safety and comfort for passengers, with modern functionalities such as multi-camera security, an automatic fare collection system, and trackers.
