With electrified vehicles continuing to arrive in the country, consumers are now spoiled for choice when it comes to choosing their preferred vehicle. But for the buyer who sees themselves as urbanites, who can take on various lifestyles with ease in an equally capable vehicle while also saving on fuel, Jetour Auto Philippines has the vehicle they're looking for.

Enter the Jetour T2 i-DM and its many high-tech (and electrified) features. It gets the same rugged and boxy appearance as the turbocharged ICE variant but comes with the automaker’s innovative electrified system. Not only does it save you trips to the pumps, but it also allows you to drive for up to one hundred kilometers without using a drop of fuel.

Unlike traditional ICE vehicles, the Jetour T2 i-DM delivers a more fuel-efficient and EV-like driving experience. This is made possible thanks to a 1.5L turbocharged four-cylinder engine that's paired with a 26.7 kWh battery. This then powers an electric motor that provides zero-emission mobility on a full single charge.

This means that in city driving, one can solely drive on electric power without using the engine. In fact, Jetour claims that on battery power alone, the T2 i-DM is capable of traveling up to 139 km. Combined with the 1.5L turbocharged engine, however, the electrified T2 can cover up to 1,000 km before needing a refuel or a recharge. This translates to fewer trips to the pumps and saving on expensive gas bills.

Just like the latest and most cutting-edge smartphones out in the market today,  the T2 i-DM is packed to the brim with nifty features. Proudly displayed at the center of the dash is a 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system that comes with wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay. This saves users the trouble of forgetting to bring a cable, which goes well with the 50W wireless charging pad that's also available as standard.

Those who are particular about their seating position will be happy to know the T2 i-DM comes with memory seats for both the driver and front passenger. That way, you can set your preferred driving/seating position without having to fumble with the controls after someone else drives or rides the T2 i-DM. This is perfect when you want to relax while inside the T2 without having to find your desired seating or driving position.

Having extra peace of mind while on the road is always a plus, and the T2 i-DM delivers on that in spades thanks to its wide array of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). This gives the plug-in hybrid SUV intelligent driver aids such as adaptive cruise control with traffic jam assist, which can automatically slow down the vehicle to a stop and accelerate on its own, allowing for a more stress-free driving experience.

Beyond that, the T2 i-DM also comes with lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, rear collision warning, blind-spot detection, and rear-cross traffic alert.

Need to power up your home in the event of a blackout? The T2 i-DM has your back with a vehicle-to-load (V2L) system that supports 220V devices, which makes it easier to plug in appliances or other devices. It’s also perfect when you’re in the outdoors and need to supply power to a campsite. Speaking of the outdoors, the T2 i-DM comes with 4x4 technologies such as a dynamic transparent chassis view for added visibility through any terrain or narrow pathways.

With a price tag of PHP 2.488 million, the Jetour T2 i-DM PHEV comes with all of the familiar off-road-inspired looks and pedigree as its ICE brethren but gets the added benefit of electrification. This also makes the T2 i-DM exempt from number coding, which is something buyers are looking for nowadays.

Last but certainly not least, the T2 i-DM is covered by the brand’s impressive 1-million or 6-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, whichever comes first. Jetour is also confident about its engines as all come with a 10-year warranty, while the battery gets a 120,000 km or 8-year warranty coverage for additional peace of mind to its customers.

If you’re in the market for a plug-in hybrid that’s not your typical SUV, the 2025 Jetour T2 I-DM is the alternative choice you’re looking for that combines rugged appeal, an electrified powertrain, and exemption from the dreaded number coding.
